Jörgen Holmlund är tidigare Polisöverintendent och tillika en av Sveriges mest erfarna säkerhetsexperter. Utöver sin karriär inom Polisen har han även gedigen erfarenhet från säkerhetsarbete i olika former inom bland annat Försvarsmakten, både i Sverige och från internationella insatser, och var medlem i arbetsgruppen som tog fram FN:s handbok i militär underrättelsetjänst.
